Thanks for visiting Mountainfreak.net! The site has been idle for a while-My real job is running a small landscape business in metro Atlanta and I have been super busy. Combine that with some server problems..and I just haven't been able to update the site as I like. Mountainfreak.net has always been a "labor of love" for me more than a commercial venture of any kind, and I plan to continue the site-but I am assessing how I want it to work in the future. For now I will be reducing the number of pages just so I can keep up with it on a monthly basis..and we'll just see how it goes from here on out.
One of the big obstacles right now is that I just can't get up to the north Georgia mountains as often as I did in the past-so any content contributions in the form of articles, reviews, photos, etc, would be greatly appreciated.
I'd like to thank the folks who have asked about the site and scolded me for not keeping it up to date the past couple of months-this has shown me that the interest is still strong and readers are still out there!
